The August 2017 Career Conference – 18 Working Days to a New Career!
Today, the Cameron-Brooks team will travel to Chicago, IL to kick off our fourth Career Conference of 2017! We are excited to have a great group of companies, represented by hiring managers, ready to fill open positions with their companies! We also have an outstanding group of JMO candidates attending this Conference, who have been preparing for their transition very diligently with an average of 11+ months per candidate in the Development & Preparation Program. As we put the finishing touches on our candidate’s interview schedules, we anticipate the average number of interviews to be ~12 per candidate.
We are also excited to see 19 Cameron-Brooks alumnus returning to recruit on behalf of their companies for this August Career Conference. These are all former JMOs we helped transition many years ago, who are in advanced leadership positions within their company, and are returning to Cameron-Brooks to continue to find top JMO talent for their organizations. Because our candidates will interview for OPEN positions with the decision makers and hiring managers at the Conference, the follow up interview process from the Career Conference to accepting an offer takes, on average, just 18 working days. As an example, some of positional titles of the recruiters include: Vice President of Sales, Director of Systems Implementation Services, Logistics Group Manager, Strategic Purchasing Manager, Vice President of Operations, Regional Sales Manager, Senior Vice President, Director of Operations, and more.
